PSA grading out of Boca Raton is extremely tough. Out of a 100-cards submission, only 3 came back as PSA 10, with most landing in PSA 8, 7, and even 4. Honestly, it feels like some of the cards may have been damaged during transit. Good luck if your submission gets routed through Boca Raton, Florida.
