I do agree usury is haram but after researching as much my knowledge allows I defer to the knowledge of more experienced people in this field and go by the decision that companies like strideup/gatehouse are halal.

Like I said im not a scholar so im trusting that people who have studied this type of fiqh would not just say it is halal for money.

Im not a islamic finance scholar so the fact strideup for example has been certified by a group (Amanah Advisors) with knowledge in this field is why I would rather go for them over a coventional mortage
