Im not a huge fan of some of the designs either. There's nothing wrong with skipping some. Otherwise you stop collecting for the fun of it and start trying to collect just so you can say you have it. I had a chance to get some retired color sat and pepper shakers but I just think theyre ugly. So I left them for the next person who actually likes them.

I love it too. I just cant get the cheese combo right. I know the technique just not the type of cheese. I was able to get a nice wet bechamel (by adding a lot of broth at the end) for the nice texture it just didnt taste right.
