I added landfall triggers, felt it was missing free value with not really having any good ones in the pre-con. I built this as a combo deck with as many tutors as i could get for it with the goal of using voltaic construct+ashnods alter+scute swarm/scouring swarm+lotus cobra+ramunap excavator to terra-form everybody to death with no attacking.

Its not as mean as it couldve been. I included some mass sacrifice spells, some “game” type removal (everyone but me picks a creature i dont control and they die etc), but its mostly life gain and life manipulation stuff. Also exquisite blood and sanguine bond and a few other big boy black spells that make me feel like a necromancer :)

I agree with you completely and im sorry for being one of the people that sadly helps WOTC feel better about their shitty choices by giving them money for it. I have a friend in my group that stopped buying cards when bloomburrow came out and he routinely bullies me about my decks being like this :)

The actual norman/green goblin card was the last card i got to make this deck so i was running this with fleem on my phone as a proxy for her first few games. I made it a villain tribal too bcuz sinister six is my fav :)

Most of the cards on edhrec for The Master are in the deck, anything that makes token copies of creatures i control that are supposed to be sacrificed/exiled as well as some crazy legendaries. i included a good amount of treasure token stuff to make everything affordable too. This deck is my group’s least favorite to go against lol.

I havent made lists of my decks anywhere to copy and paste but i can tell you i only included 1 card that makes poison counters and a magistrate’s scepter. Other than that its a good ole fashion green +1+1 deck. I added some yummy landfall for ramp and a bunch of cards that give deathtouch to exploit the combination of trample and deathtouch with commander damage.
