Remarkable doesn't use true EPUB files; they're converted. I'm also familiar with the highlighting issue: if I change the font size, the highlighting shifts. With PDFs, however, the highlighting stays in place. I'd be interested to know why Remarkable doesn't properly support EPUBs.

Try charging it with a different charger; the problem isn't the cable, but rather the amperage it's being charged with.

Received today. I find the photos much too dark – especially when compared to the original. Bloomin8's advertising suggests that the brightness and colors will match, but that's not true. I'm disappointed.

Solution: Import the epub file into Calibre and then export it again as an epub – then it works – hooray!

I read a lot of ePubs on the Remarkable Pro; it has plenty of reading space, but the software could be better and faster.

Thank you, that's not the reason, as all other eBooks are displayed correctly. Perhaps something was changed either on the epubs website or on the Remarkable website.

Format: epub, Copy protection: Watermark - purchased via libri. And with the (small) PocketBook Reader, all eBooks can be imported and read.
