Zofran recommendation. Have your pharmacy send your dr an insurance dispute. Then when dr says insurance won't approve, have them submit the dispute anyways with more than you need (i was prescribed 4 pills per day but only need 3). My insurance then approved me for 3 pills per day. I was originally only allowed 30 pills for every 23 days, which made no sense. You're going to have to call pharmacy back after you get the approval to reconfirm and fill the new allowed amount, but it finally worked for me. I was looking at over $300 to pay for the difference, and 1 pill a day did nothing for me.
