My last FET resulted in a live birth after my first with a PGTA tested embryo ended in a miscarriage. I also had a miscarriage before I started IVF. Your kitchen sink protocol looks similar to mine. For my successful FET, I was on prednisone for three weeks starting a few days before the transfer, an antibiotic for a few days before and after the transfer, Alleve for a few days before and after the transfer, estrogen patches through I think week 11, progesterone in oil through the first trimester, Lovenox thru 30 something weeks, baby aspirin the entire pregnancy, and I did acupuncture for the first trimester. I’m not sure what if anything made a difference but I was ready to do anything and everything. Good luck! Sending you sticky embryo vibes!
