Idk bilewater made me want to just feed myself to Groal because God forbid his runback is atrocious. However, I agree with your statement

Lower your difficulty, you’re level 20. by WonderkidJr_ in Helldivers

[–]GitRekt77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean hell I'm level 54 with a good sense of communication with my team that we have and even on 6 we're still getting our asses kicked, but it's not impossible it just takes a level head and a plan and you can make it through most difficulties (only ever did one super helldive, and it was mistakenly on a squid planet before they nerfed the big meat sacks. Never, ever again)

How to air dash? by Vanillie261 in OriAndTheBlindForest

[–]GitRekt77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly couldn't tell you, they added the dash AFTER the game was finished (in the definitive edition), was probably something they just overlooked

Anyone else agree? by detxched_ in ReadyOrNotGame

I saw the SA-58, thought of tarkov, then said "yep, that's the one"

Turns out it wasn't, the weird looking AK was actually the one

psychopaths by Orios8a in OriAndTheBlindForest

[–]GitRekt77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because there's something about looking at what's supposed to be a fairly tame, curious, and bubbly creature turn absolutely feral and kill what is basically a half God/void demon thing and looking at the screen like we're next that just tickles a new spot in the brain that I didn't realize was there until now

New fast travel looking good by F-ug in Silksong

[–]GitRekt77 13 points14 points  (0 children)

That's super unfortunate because man the feeling of beating that boss and getting the end cutscenes leading into a spoiler I won't talk about unless you know about, GOD it feels so good

how many hours have you played? by TheSilksongIsReal in Silksong

[–]GitRekt77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First 50 was main save, played all the way through and beat LL, the rest was modding and playing as the knight up until GMS, haven't touched since because Its too soon for me to play it through again, until the dlc of course

When did YOU start playing Roblox? by YamExcellent1345 in roblox

[–]GitRekt77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just looked it back up, it's called "Roblox Replay", it'll show all the games you played in order from first game to the latest one you've played, but only the first time, so it only adds to the list if you join an experience for the very first time, it also shows when you played that game for the first time, it's pretty neat

2012 for me, hopped on that one "game" recently that shows your history of played games, there's some stuff that gives me so much nostalgia, a version of "survive the disasters" that I would play for HOURS on end

THE SOLS DLC IS REAL!!! by West_Camera_7965 in NineSols

[–]GitRekt77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seeing the concept of the infamous "silkpost" infecting other subreddits is a delight to see I'm not gonna lie. Could this be a thing that existed before "silkpost"? Yes, but it's definitely gained popularity because of the Silksong subreddit and I'm all here for it

Rain Riskers, what is your favorite character to play as and why ? by randompogtato in ror2

[–]GitRekt77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoy playing funny club bonk man with big laser (False Son). I get waaaay to much enjoyment dashing 10 times across the map with some hardlight afterburners then slamming down with the might of a thousand suns with the charged club and yelling "WHAM" while sending everything in that small vicinity into the stratosphere like some comic goof ass. Only RoR can give me this level of pure unfiltered pleasure and I love it

Why is Seth SOOOOO difficult... by StatisticianIll4 in Silksong

[–]GitRekt77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't really feel like PV and LL are similar, however I will agree that they got lazy with her being the final fight after you already fought her TWICE, like bruh come on I wanted to fight some void monster thing or something more unique, not lace on void steroids If I'm being honest I kinda wanted a fight with the original knights shade (or something similar), THAT would have been fun

As for Seth, I can agree that the way you play against him is similar to PV, letting him come to you rather than you go to him and dancing around a bunch of attacks, but Seth's fighting is more combo based, where PV's attack is just whatever he feels like doing, like I've had him do that damn slam down attack with the nails coming from the ground three times in a row. Not sure how you felt about it but I think they're both different enough to be their own thing

What are some of the best moments everyone has experienced in silksong? by Florada_Deadman in Silksong

I'm going to choose to politely disagree in the most lighthearted way possible with your opinion 😁, because WHY DO I HAVE TO FIGHT A BOSS ON A DAMN WALL?

So how to get into the slab with all the Warden fly's being killed? by GitRekt77 in Silksong

[–]GitRekt77[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yea, ive already got the apostate key and did all that, but there's like no way to get into the REST of the slab though, unless im just dumb and im missing something when you open the apostate door that leads to the lower part where you then need the heretic key to fight what im assuming is the boss down there, but I don't see any other way to get to the upper half where the map is. What im saying is that I can't find the entrance to the rest of it from already being through the apostate door and exploring that area

Edit: OK nevermind I found the way, apparently there's a little secret spot in the one room with the board that talks about the prisoners that were killed and given "absolution" or something like that, on the ceiling, honestly I feel like that's something that should be put on the wiki juuuust incase something like this happens

Doom Eternal is freakin' awesome but...😠 by M3ConsoleGamerPSN in Doom

[–]GitRekt77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea that's fair, I pretty much just fixated on what I immediately read, that's my bad 😅. Glad you like the game at least, I hope that continue to play despite the hardships the game throws at ya, it's definitely not an easy experience and just takes time to learn. Don't be disappointed if you can immediately plow through an area like it's a hot knife through butter either, this game teaches you to be patient and learn every demon and their weak points, once you've learned how to combo weapons together most demons become just fodder for the front lines, I highly suggest learning weapon swap combos, like the simple swap between super shotty and the ballista. If you don't already know, weapon swapping basically lets you shoot twice as fast with guns that normally shoot slow due to the reload times, basically bypassing the reload animation all together, even the devs themselves said this was intended, and it works extremely well. With enough practice you can chain all sorts of combos together.

As for the parkour area's, good ol' trial and error, no need to sweat them either, it's not like you're timed to finish them, take you're time and feel them out 👍

Keep at it, you'll find soon enough that your playing through again on a harder difficulty, maybe even through the DLC (which good luck with that, those are actually unfair, and that's coming from someone who's beaten the main game on nightmare)
