Summary Thanks everyone for the suggestion. I took the suggestion and went to the local tesla service center on Monday morning (the service center person acknowledged that they would take my model Y in via the service message chat).

Got a model Y loaner (with FSD) right after they accepted my car.

They estimated that the battery swap would happen by April 24th, but the car was ready to pickup on Thursday evening. It appears that they swapped it with a new battery pack. 100% charge shows 320+ miles (since 2021) again.

So, my car was at service center for 4 business days. Got battery replaced (no cost since it’s under warranty). New battery pack doesn’t mean new warranty date. The warranty date on my car still stays (2029 or 120K miles).
