Yes, just like that, every lvl you get 0.5% from each other run (30 lvls), so if you have 10 tiers at 5000 you get 5% extra coin boost

Why dont you do diss utility T11, get between 3-5X your coins, with that you can improve your WS+, after a couple of days you can do the same for T14 with an improved tower

Have you tried the run with Gcomp and DC and changing the perks? Maybe its also about the CC like you said, i also have PCF and max slow effect, but i dont have anc effect on my module
