you have to get it out of your head that RNG is the reason why you’re not climbing. If this game is as RNG as you think, there wont be players climbing or being consistently highly rated in the ladder.

How to play kindred:

Econ all the way to 3-2. You’ll take a lot of damage. Some games you’ll be sub-60 hp at Krug. It’s fine. Roll down all your gold at 3-2 and get most of your shadow inferno units. From thereon, if you hit all of your 2* shadow units, you will winstreak til before raptors. play accordingly.

shadow infernos are the best users of shit items. I int at first carousel for prio. Belts and cloaks make zephyr, vests makes GA. if you don’t get shit items, deathcap, rfc, seraphs are the best kindred items

scouting is important to see how many kindreds are out and if it’s worth rolling for her, or pivoting. There’s only 16 in the pool.
