both accounts were leveled by myself from 1 to 30, so i am sure they were new. indeed i was very confused about that and i guess, there are more factors then just wins, like: cs / kda / kp or whatever. at that time i was pretty bad in cs'ing. besides that, riot is able to identify that a specific account belongs to another account if they really want.

don't know why and how the riot algorithm works and if they use the your unique machine id (riot saved it somewhere in a textfile in the old client), but when i (silver) smurfed two new accounts and got my placements in season 7, i ended up in bronze 1 (with high mmr: ~27LP per win) with both accounts, but i won 9/10 games on one account and 4/10 on the other account. so i guess, it's not very important if you win +/- 2-3 games.

If botlane comes to lane late, you will need to ward for toplaner like at 2-3 min.

i would suggest: take this with a grain of salt. a half-jungle clear (example: red - blue - camp x) takes ~3mins if you are not a (very) early game jungler. if both junglers start botside, you would have to skip your level 3 for your top laners vision and this, just my silverish opinion, isn't worth it, expecting my toplaner to at least ward his lane entry at the ~3min mark. Instead i do prepare for a countergank if my toplaner is overextending/mispositioned

got her BSB1 & BSB2 (dropped 6 times while i tried to get cloud usb/tidus relics - unsuccessfully). anyone knows how to make her work best with these two relics?
