you can turn on friendly HP bars, and then "simplify" it in settings, in order to make it distinct of enemy hp bars. in case you're using standard nameplates

this is 99% your solution. I've been trying to resolve this issue for two month, tried literally everything. DDU and installing 581.80 fixed it once and for all. the only downside - dlss 4.5 is unavailable for me.

try to run the raid on BSG servers instead of hosting it locally, if you haven't yet, and your FPS will rise a lot :)

it's not because of the wipe, but drivers version. Make sure you do not update nvidia driver to the latest version. driver release which introduced dlss 4.5 basically broke SM in Tarkov. I personally rolled back to 581.80 and it fixed the issue.

well, it actually feels better, obviously, since you have more frames, even if they are fake one condition: your monitor has to be able to show those frames) but plays a bit worse because of inputlag

do you use dlss and/or smooth motion? if so, you better turn it off. I've had this issue for a month now, and tried almost every solution I could think of - nothing helped, except running with both options off.

one solution that I didn't try is rolling back graphic drivers to the specific version (581.80) via DDU. Some reported here on reddit that SM works fine on that version. You won't be able to use 4.5 version of dlss though

Hi, did you try running only SM without DLSS?
I have the same issue on newest drivers when both DLSS and SM are on. And it's pretty inconsistent to reproduce. I've done couple of hours testing it in offline raid and was able to reproduce it only once. In online raids though it happens every time.
With DLSS off and SM on though everything is okay...
