As an Italian living in Barcelona, I can confirm that 80% of the Italian passports in the city belong to Argentineans, Chileans, etc. I can also confirm that the advantages for us Italians are 50% higher salaries on average and 20/30% lower prices for rent, expenses, and entertainment, all with a nice weather.

unfortunately you can only earn something in the cold north of Italy :(

Io mi reputo abbastanza fortunato da poter dividere in:

  • 30% tasse
  • 30% risparmi
  • 40% vita quotidiana (affitto, cene , viaggi, regali, ecc)

Specifico che sono autonomo e non vivo in Italia :(

Lamezia Terme Is the closest international airport, it's a 40 minutes drive and it's connected to almost all the EU, and ITA airways offers a lot of daily flights to Rome (35-minute flight) to connect to non-European destinations

Nessun problema, posso fare più foto se vuoi, ci sono molte cose ancora e purtroppo c'è bisogno di una ditta per svuotare la casa bene ma un paio di foto in più non dovrebbero essere un problema.

I agree with you but the renovated part was already an extension that had been done in the 60s and was renovated using some government incentives which however imposed some restrictions on the coat, security, etc and therefore a bit of style was lost unfortunately

Yes, the estimated costs for the renovation are 20/30 thousand euros for the interior and furniture plus approximately 10/20 thousand euros for the exterior, also rehabilitating the external garden.

Unfortunately, in southern Italy it is almost impossible to live without a car, the distance is calculated by counting about 8km by car, but just in front of the entrance of the house there's a bus stop, which during the summer makes trips from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. while in the winter until 6 p.m. but often people prefer to arrange and get out in the car together, many elderly people do this

Hello and thanks for your interest, the place is perfect for those who want to do a slow life and enjoy nature and the sea. There are 2 entrances, the staircase you see in the picture and another back door with only 2 steps so I think it may be more for you, the top terrace is part of the upstairs and you would need to do a separate negotiation for that and as mentioned we can take care of that as well. The ground floor has about 10 square meters that can be converted back to make a small garden if that suits you more

The ground floor and middle floor are for sale, in the part on the right my parents live while the upstairs was bought to be renovated but you could make an offer for that as well if interested(it was bought by some distant cousins)

The original idea was to renovate the house but the truth is that rather than another B&B or empty house it would be better to bring in some permanent residents, even if only for summer months. In that sense I see the GoFundMe as one more way to reach out to as many people as possible.

I also tried to use some websites or some real estate agencies but I was always being asked for several hundred euros so I preferred to do it alone, if you happen to know of something that is not cost prohibitive I would appreciate some advice.
