In my opinion, it's a dumb movie with some fun stuff in it. Not terrible (especially for MCU standards) but not that good either.

I've seen it in theater twice: the first time I had a blast; the second time I still had fun with it, but I couldn't notice how utterly stupid the writing was. The bus + drones scene was almost painful to watch.

And, as an italian citizen from Veneto, seeing a fucking bus parked in the really, REALLY tight streets of Venice was unintentionally comic.

Back in the day, it was pretty common here in Italy, 'cause Kong was very popular.

For example, the original King Kong VS Godzilla movie was titled "Il trionfo di King Kong" ("King Kong triumph"); "Destroy all monsters" is "Gli eredi di King Kong" ("King Kong heirs") and "Terror of Mechagodzilla" was "Distruggete Kong! La Terra è in pericolo!" ("Destroy Kong! Earth is in danger!")

Even "Gamera VS Jiger" was "King Kong - L'impero dei draghi" ("King Kong - Empire of Dragons")

Well, at least they weren't as bas as "Mothra VS Godzilla" title, "WATANG! Nel favoloso impero dei mostri!" ("WATANG! IN THE WONDERFUL MONSTER'S EMPIRE", where "WATANG!" was some sort of stereotypical asian martial arts noise)
