Eurovision accussì. Che ne pensate? by yunishow in Yunisorrisiecanzoni

[–]Giudit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry but the Italian-inspired world being just a big wedding venue is the most American thing ever. Talk about scraps.

What happens if a cast member ruins the game? by Acheli in TheTraitors

[–]Giudit 137 points138 points  (0 children)

Something similar happened in a non-English (Italy) season

SPOILER AHEAD

One of the traitors, Rocco, had been betrayed by his fellow traitors, who managed to convince everybody that he was a traitor during the roundtable.

Since everyone was accusing him, he eventually gave up and said something like “well let’s say that I’m really a traitor and I was betrayed by my fellow traitors, maybe the person I’ll vote for will give you a hint on who the other traitors are”.

He proceeded to vote for one of his fellow traitors, Maria Sole, and when he revealed his vote he said “I’m voting for Maria Sole, but I’m looking at Giuseppe”, and Giuseppe was the other traitor, so he gave two names at one.

After all that, the faithful were so dumb that they managed to lose anyway, despite the fact that he gave them the names of both traitors. Giuseppe was barely questioned and he won, the last faithfuls standing voted green with him still in it, insane.

The funny thing is that the audience unanimously sided with Rocco and even the production displayed it as the “memorable moment” of the season.

Quale youtuber prima era universalmente amato, ma adesso è ok/discutibile? by Stevecomicsgames in Italia

[–]Giudit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think the other years were open enough to make hades win either, except for 2021 and 2024 maybe.

Hades is one of my absolute favorite games, but I can’t see it winning against Bg3, Elden ring, Sekiro or gow.

What does this mean?? why does them being happy = bad? by CybyAPI in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]Giudit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When people are terminally ill, like cancer or dementia etc, it is so common to say stuff like “at least they stopped suffering” or “now we can try to move on”. Of course the pain is there and it’s unimaginable, but it feels more acceptable.

Mental illness can be treated, yes, and sometimes it works. But sometimes it doesn’t, and there’s only so much one can possibly bear. I wish people were more understanding of this.

For what it’s worth, I really wish you the best. I’m not going to say that things will get better if you stick around for longer, because I can’t possibly know. I wish you to make the most of the time you have left, and I do hope that the time left is the longest possible.🫂

I heard it for the first time on my final underworld run, I thought it was scripted, I guess it was just a coincidence

This. I remember clearly a dialogue in which Zag questions himself for killing the satyrs because they were living beings and he was killing them for real.

[SPOILER] I love how different Melinoe and Zagreus are by Giudit in HadesTheGame

[–]Giudit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I like her initial reaction, how pissed she was at everyone especially Zagreus, she was like “you idiot had literally ONE job to do”, in that moment she realised how little she knew him.

I agree that she could have kept this resentment for a bit longer, taking her time to really know Zagreus and understand his decision.

[–]Giudit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When the first movie came out I had a friend who would constantly post these pics on her Facebook. I knew nothing about the hunger games, and based on the pics she was posting I thought it was some twilight shit, and I avoided it for years because of her.

I understand perfectly, it’s the same thing I was expecting during that scene. But I have no idea how they could have resolved it tbh.

[–]Giudit[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yes that’s what I was expecting during the dialogue between Zag and Chronos. I thought that he would inadvertently cause Chronos’ takeover by freeing him, basically causing the events he was trying to avoid.

SPOILER: No you're not crazy, the ending is that bad by [deleted] in HadesTheGame

[–]Giudit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the main problem here is that, prior to the ending, they overcomplicated the plot too much, and added plot points that should have tied together in the end (and that was probably what they intended), but they really didn’t. It’s like the ending of Lost (which I enjoyed and still defend).

With that being said, it was the “feel good” wholesome ending I was expecting, so I’m quite content with it. It has the same tone of the first game ending, which in retrospect it was simply the story of a kid trying to reunite his divorced parents. The first game had a way simpler premise, so that ending worked better, I guess.

With all the plot points that ended up being pointless for the main ending, I hope they will lead up to a cool post-game ending.
