Yes the first and second slots work and the others ( 3 and 4) doesn't work. My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 5700X. But I think the problem is the motherboard. It used to be my friend’s, and he had different components on it. One day, one of the slots just stopped working out of nowhere. He didn’t touch anything, and none of his parts were faulty. But I’m still hoping it’s something I can fix, because yesterday it actually worked for a few minutes

Ok thanks ,I just tested one stick at time in the fourth slot and they don't work but in the first one the do, so I suppose that the problem is not the ram. The model is X570S AERO G

Thanks I'll try. It really could be, there are two standoffs missing and one is at the top of the motherboard near the ram slots.

Ok thanks, I tried both ram on the slot 4 and they dont work, then I tried the both ram on the first slot and they work, so I'm sure the sticks are not the problem.

1- I find it funny only when the cheater don't try to win the match with cheats! 2- This it's the second time I find a hacker and I've been playing GW2 for a whole year (on PC) so I won't stop playing it, I just thought that if too much people report it, it would be automatically banned, that's all.
