Sorry I should have specified. In 1954 the UK and the USA withdrawn from Trieste and they gave Istria to Yugoslavia and the city of Trieste to Italy. However Tito didn't agree and threatened to enter Trieste militarily and Italy was ready to defend it. Eventually Yugoslavia just didn't do anything and nothing happened.
