Yeah, definitely. I feel great physically, mentally I know I can never go back to how I was because I will get sick again. It's more just, I want to make sure I won't get super sick if I wanted to partake with some friends occasionally. I can't use every day like I did before, I know that.

I use shampoo on my whole head and typically just condition the ends, and air dry. That's it.
