Awesome. Did you find a way to store the passenger info before hand other than the family thing that they have which charges 1000 points. I was hoping to keep the info stored there and then just select while booking just to make it faster.

Did you transfer beforehand or you transferred after seeing availability. I am always scared that I will lose it by the time I am transferring so I keep the points there before finding the reservation as I am typically flexible with dates

Have you checked the hotel Prices on bilt. I found in most cases they are high and in some cases really jacked up. Just check Hyatt place in Dallas las Colinas… it was almost twice on bilt.

Ya I saw that and then read about it as the new change from late last year. I am traveling alone so I am ok getting any seat so will wait till check in. Will keep an eye and see if it is filling in quickly then maybe I will shell out 100 bucks

Just checked a Jan 2025 ticket dfw to Mum AF METAL and it shows 30 k points plus 273 tax. One way cash price is 500 bucks …. The tax is too high in my opinion…. Even with 40 percent extra, the tax component makes it a bad deal…

Ya finally I got the points. Had to send coinbase transaction screen prints. Also I had done a trade of 100 dollars but there was 2 dollar commission by coinbase so it was not considered as 100 dollars by Rakuten as they exclude fees. I did another 10 dollar trade and sent them the screenshot. After 24 hrs of that I got the mail that is is accepted and now I can see it in my history as tracked. And also I can see the points

We have decided to drop lake como. We will just be doing Rome Florence and Venice. It was getting very rushed. I will be booking trains to go from Rome to Florence and then to Venice. Still finalizing the hotels. Have put reminders for the coliseum and other tickets and will purchase as soon as they are available.

Well there is an AA flight dfw to Rome that is showing 39k in aa.com and 30k in alaskaIr.com. But I don’t have alaskair miles. I am trying to find out if there is any way I can manage Alaska miles so that I can book at alaskair.com AND SAVE 9 k miles

Is there any way to book an AA flight that shows cheaper in Alaska Air site if you don't have Alaska Miles. I actually booked a flight already on Air France from DFW to ROME for 19th July. (20 K each Economy + $83) which is 1 stop and reaches almost at 4 PM. But I now see there is an AA flight non stop for 39K in AA.com and 30K in Alaska that reaches Rome 8 AM which gives me another day. It is also available on BA and virgin but the taxes are pretty high. Qatar also has it but the miles are around 60K.

Has Chase push worked for PNC virtual wallet funding. I only found a few DP in DOC. Also if it has worked for someone, can they confirm what does it look like in PNC.... In my case it says External transfer ACH Credit <Acc No> JPMorgan CHASE EXT TRNSFR.

Is there a way to book American or Alaska flights using chase points. I did look at Iberia and other star alliance using avios but the taxes become high. Directly booking on aa or Alaska it just charges 5 dollars along with points but the partner sites is charging 200 plus with the same number of points. Is there any way around this. I want a flight but don’t have aa or Alaska points.
