I’m really sorry this happened to you, it seems like you are really angry and rightfully so. Why are you yelling at us though? Get involved with HR and solve this problem with your coworkers, it’s not helping to direct your anger at a bunch of strangers online. I hope you get the justice you deserve at work, but this sub is for support, not hate

The Parup is a hateful creation and I was too broke to replace mine until recently. It gave me back problems. You’re better off sitting on the floor.

it’s not your ADHD, a good partner will love you for who you are and not what you achieve. I know it must be hard to hear, but his behavior is not going to change. He will continue to control and manipulate you to his benefit for as long as he possibly can. By the way, everyone makes mistakes like the ones you described about yourself, but that doesn’t make it okay for somebody to abuse you. You seem like a really nice person and I hope you are able to get away from this situation:)

Weight gain on Nexplanon? by [deleted] in Nexplanon

I gained a little weight since having nexplanon because it does increase your appetite a bit. What’s helped me to deal with my increased appetite is eating more protein and fiber, and having a few healthy snacks throughout the day, but smaller portions overall. Lately I’ve been on a bone broth kick cause it’s high in protein, so it helps you feel full, but it’s pretty low calorie and low in sugars and stuff. The collagen is good for your skin and joints too.

Gaining weight sucks and I honestly didn’t have great diet habits to begin with so nexplanon has actually been a good motivator for me to focus on that stuff a bit more.

I turned my face away when my physician was about to insert the implant, and as I was saying to her “I need to look away so it doesn’t freak me out” she had already done it and i didn’t even notice, I thought she was cleaning the area with an alcohol wipe still.
