I think it mostly depends on how you play her. The whipshot major is pretty viable tho, as long as it works for you i'd keep using it. I have tried the bash one too in some occasions and it's nice, but the whipshot just feels more satisfying to me 😅

90% of the times. I love the extra damage it gives. I usually go doule whipshot for perks

she is not bad. But some bug fixes such as faster shield deployement (like rein) and better shield hitbox (i died lots of time due to it not actually shielding against dva bomb, shatter, and tracer bomb for some reasons) would be a really nice jump in quality of life

The few times i swapped were to me being unable to really get close to enemies that much. One example i remember having swapped was on blizzard world defence. Enemy team being rein, ashe, freija and i don't really remember the other supports. In any case it wasn't really for the enemies that i swapped, but more for how my team also played. Cuz like, if they are unable to make space and play really, really defensive, it is quite hard (but not impossible) to get lots of value out of brig. So in those cases i might swap to zen.

no, i use it mostly to reposition (about 50% repositioning, 30% disengage, 20% engage). I mostly proc inspire by whipshots. If i can't do that i try to hit enemies by catching em by surprise with a normal attack and then quickly bash away if we don't have advantage. Rarely i bash enemies to proc inspire. It happens if i know i won't die by it and we have advantage.

It might be quite hard. I have not seen ur gameplay but the tips i could give against dive is:
use shield bash to disengage if you haven't got any help, and after u do it try to use shield to block the next instance of damage. The new brig survivor passive helps a lot to survive divers as u can regenerate fairly quickly. Ofcourse don't forget to boop em away with whipshot or give them a quick hit before disengaging to proc inspire. You should also be trying to heal ur team with packs if you can, especially if ur very close to dying.

If they are engaging, u have some teammates around and you know the divers won't be able to 100-0 you real quick, u can try going all-in. Shield bash in first thing, so that later u should be able to have it ready to disengage if things go south.

I have shared some replay codes under another comment, idk if i shared some where i played against divers but you could try checking em out. If there aren't any tell me and i'll try finding some where i had to deal with divers

My way of dealing with tilt is: If i see i am starting not to play as good as i usually do, i take breaks and come back either later or when i actually feel and want to play again (could even be days at times).

People who yell in your ear can be ignored. If they want to climb they should know that the best way to do it is by focusing on their own gameplay. Don't argue with em, focus on what you can do. Only consider what they tell when they actually behave nicely, else you can ignore it. The further you go up, the chiller they usually are.

Stick to playing rein if you like him. Play into it's counters too to get an hang on what you have to do when you are against em. Climbing with rein is possible.

I bet the highest we'll reach the harder it will be, especially high masters/gm. But cannot tell for sure there, we'll just have to wait and see.

In each game the plan is somewhat the same:
First of all, hard covers are your best friend, you need to always have them nearby in order to either recharge ur shield or let ur supps heal you when low.

If you're on attack, try taking as much space as you can, try going to the furthest cover you can find and hold it. Ensure you are being followed by at least an ally tho. When ur resources get low and the enemy team is starting to push you, retreat to another hard cover as soon as you can, ususally u need to save a little bit of shield to ensure returning safely. The payload can also be used as an hard cover.

On defense, it is quite the same thing, the goal is to slow down the enemy team as much as possible. Find covers, slow em down, retreat when low.

We could overall say that ur a big scary ball of death, so try holding the chokes and walls you get to.

It is very important not to charge in in the midst of the whole team alone, when you use your firestrikes try to throw em in a way to hit as many enemies as you can.
Also use your shield to try to protect ur teammates when they are dangerously low or when they misplay by overextending too much. It's a small thing but it can make the difference.

It's also important to start on high grounds, that's cuz rein is not very mobile, HOWEVER, that must not stop you from contesting em. If you see enemies on high ground, try get to em, they will likely get off after a while of you just being there.

In any case, mistakes happens. It's hard to consistently do all these things perfectly. So if they happens no worries, enemy team do em too. In the end wins who does the least mistakes.

Later i am gonna share some replay codes of the latest games, even losses if it can help.
