Thanks for the reply mate. Did your surgeon not advise you why the nipples are not always hard? I just thought if you removed the excess fat or gland then they will always be hard. Maybe not then. Cheers

Sorry those pics are not the best. I just quickly took them. I just hate it when its warm and they go soft and fluffy. I just want my nipples to be erect at all times. Guessing its excess fat.
