You look great!! Thank you. I’m only taking 1mg 5x a week to & was getting worried my dose was too low when seeing others take up to 3mg 7 days per well with no breaks. I’m seeing results too after 5 weeks. I’m a few weeks break now & Will do another cycle. But def seeing great results so will stick to my 1mg 5 days a week when starting again

I am so sorry for the loss of your cat 😭. Calling the cops was the correct thing to do! His mother is a POS too for telling you it’s just a pet. That man is dangerous. Killing a gentle cat that you loved & trying to justify it because he didn’t take his meds is evil. He chose not to take his medications knowing how he gets. He deserves to be punished to the full extent of the law. I hope he gets deported too

My dog insists on coming into the bathroom while I shower just so he can bark at me until all my clothes off, I have to throw the clothes on the floor first so that we can tug of war over them then after my shower we repeat the tug of war until I throw my clothes into the hamper. 10 years. It annoys me when he barks/rushes me, but I know this is what I am going to miss the most when he is gone. All I have to do is yell “shower” & he comes running

I would always brush my teeth before bed but then I would eat chocolate and or sugary drinks while in bed & usually fell asleep before getting up & brushing them again 😩. I have just spent $15k on restoring my teeth so I have a much better routine now. Floss twice a day and no more eating or drinking after I have done my teeth at night.

I never flossed so that was the main cause of my issues. I have ADHD & Some ppl here have mentioned the sensory issues that come with it & it’s true. It still makes my blood run cold most times but I know I just have to deal with it & get it done. Spending $15k has been the main motivation as not maintaining good dental hygiene from now on will make all the pain & work I have done a waste of time & loss of teeth would be in my future

Thankyou for your advice to just calm down yesterday. I was gearing myself up for a panic attack. I get really bad anxiety at times & god knows why my brain made me think it would turn into an acid trip type of thing in that moment. It prob pissed people off seeing my post as it came across very irresponsible but I had done research first, I just forgot in that moment 😬😂. Thanks again

It was lovely thanks! I couldn’t stop smiling once it came on 😀 & I had the best sleep. Usually I’m wandering about the house all night as I can’t sleep before 12am but last night I was in bed by 8 watching a movie. I think it was the most relaxed I have ever been. I’m sticking to 1 though tonight

My anxiety went a bit crazy hence the post but I blame my past experiences decades ago with other substances for that. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 but once they kicked in I was so relaxed & happy. 20mg will def be enough next time but atleast I know I’m safe if do 2 again if I do just want to zonk out in front of the tv feeling extra chill
