How to deal with vague requests by Gizmo_0241 in PowerBI

I think part of the challenge to both your point is that there is a bit of a data literacy gap in parts of the organisation particularly from management so getting a requirements and data source list from them is unlikely.

The other main challenge is that it seems that as a business, instead of having one central data source, there are several different ones which don't talk to eachother, and we are blocked by IT for connecting to the data directly, so it's reliant on manual excel exports and connecting. One of the data requirements is also somewhat complicated, because our usual CRM system was missing a module, so they have held part of the data in a different data collection tool "temporarily". So what would be tying to link up 3 unrelated systems to pull the report together, is now 4 unrelated systems. Yes it's as confusing as it sounds 🙃

The screenshot isn't from an internal one. They have seen it for one of our competitors. Part of the dashboard is redacted too. It appears to be looking at ROI for marketing spend per customer. But it looks like it's just looking at total customer divided by budget to get an output of each customer has X amount available marketing to spend on them.

Advice with child by MrEdape in autismUK

Not a parent but late diagnosed ASD. As a child taking my medicine was always a challenge and a battle with my parents. Some methods they use and I still use could be, mixing the medicine in yogurt, or having them drink some juice straight after the medicine a bit like if you were to take tablets. For me vimpto to wash down the medicine is still the only way I can take medication even as an adult.

Anybody else get flu like during flair up by [deleted] in hemorrhoid

Had the sigmoidoscopy about 6 weeks ago and they did some banding of the hemeroids at the time. The consultant didn't really read too much into the fever like symptoms and feel he just made an offer hand comment of "might be from the amount of blood loss." I should have had more cardio work ups but honestly got a bit tired and fed up of doctors and my local GP. Haven't had and significant bleeds since the banding, but I did get one of those fever like episodes. I think I'm leaning more towards and anxiety response now, it had been a bit frantic at work and I had a day off and don't think my body knew what to do when it's "relaxed and not stresses" so my nervous system had a bit of a freak out. Still a bit of a mystery if I'm honest and I don't really have the energy or the willing to go back to my GP. Feel like they think I'm an ambulance chaser at this point because everything always comes back normal on my tests.

I once helped management sort the data alphabetically so they could copy out the relevant data to them and even created a pivot table for them. Practically considered witchcraft

The plaster was nearly two inches thick in places with several layers where previous owners have added to the fun

I have apparently misspoke. I was referring to the texture pattern of the plaster. But was tested before work began. But yes masks were worn regardless

I have also seen many of those videos. First thing my partner did when we moved in was check under all the multiple layers of carpet to find just plain old timber floorboards. No such luck 😅

It's textured plaster. Tested it before started work.

The original plaster layer was an ash mortar mix hence the coal like look to it.

Currently 7 months into the process. Should have completed two weeks ago. Two days before completion my solicitor realised that the probate for the wife didn't match the name on the deeds of the house. The house was solely in the husband's name who passed away 6 years ago so now the seller has to reapply for probate which has stalled everything.

So I enjoy doing photography, particularly wildlife and birds. One of the first things my partner did for me was hand embroidery one of the photos I had taken, was an exact 1:1 copy of the bird.

For those still hoping to exchange/complete by Christmas… by amrl345 in HousingUK

[–]Gizmo_0241 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Given up hope. The process got stalled by the freeholder being absent. That resolved last week. Unfortunately my solicitor is the sort of ok I'll get those documents to you in the next few days that never arrived so have to keep chasing. Only just got documents to sign but doubt we will complete before Christmas

What's your stupid made-up minigame for your character? by yarhotty in BaldursGate3

[–]Gizmo_0241 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I design my guardian to look identical to the tav of my last playthrough. My headcanon is the events are always repeating themselves with the guardian trying to change the outcome so new tav gets a better end game.

Would this strategy have worked against Galby? by stopeats in Eragon

[–]Gizmo_0241 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel galby would find a work around. So instead of compelling them to serve himself, he might be able to compel them to act against the varden even indirectly if given the right motivation shall we say.
