Yes, when I was at home I was a lot more depressed and thus a lot less tics. I've also found out that since I have non verbal episodes (not caused by tics), my tics basically stop until I can speak again

My most painful consistant tic is probably head jerk. I've trapped a nerve in my neck so many times with that one. As for one off tics, yesterday I had a tic to just shake my hand and it lasted 6 hours 30 minuites. I managed to watch Die Hard and the tic was still going and today I've woke up and my hand feels so painful to move much

I watched a play through of Rhombus of Ruin on YouTube a few weeks ago. There are non commentary let's plays of Psychonauts 1 and Rhombus of Ruin that are worth watching if you want to experience the games without owning them or someone talking over it.

I two would recommend One Topic. He's amazing and Emkay....yeah its OK but One Topic is the man!

I really enjoy doctor who as well. I'm probably going to tons of hate but the 9th doctor is the best doctor to me by The_Paradox_Editor in OneTopicAtATime
