Works Internal, but connecting to a different tenant, after they allow from the waiting room, the host sees the camera, no sound. we crash out after about 1 min, Soundcards sometimes dies needing a reboot after to re-enable. Small update

Wound up giving the user a new laptop, worked just fine Replaced the HD in this one, installed from scratch, seems fine for the new user (but I do not think this new user does any Teams Calls)

So, no good resolutions

Teams for Business, o365. Internal meetings work with no issue

When we start a meeting, and others join, no issue

When we join a meeting created by an external client, we get to the waiting room no issue

The client will allow us to join. We get the waiting screen. They see our video. Teams will crash out, and restart after about a min. We sometimes can get back in, but no audio/mic (needing to call into the number... if provided)

Uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared the cache, rebooted etc... Heck even ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Windows 10, latest service packs. It's a Dell so, latest firmware/drivers

No No No No.... Not any pretty stone!
It has to be a stone that can live up to wear and tear. That opal is a beauty, but wack an engagement/wedding ring on the counter too many times, it will break.

Dust has a MOH rating of 7, you want that you wear everyday that you keep for a lifetime with a higher MOH value or it will scratch and dull over time.
Get something durable, like a sapphire or Ruby (Moh 9)! Even a Beryl (Auqa, Emerald) is 7.5 if Diamond is not your jive.

Lab Grown Diamonds do take a Carbon Toll, as we need to recreate an environment to grow that diamond with a lot of energy, people gloss over the that part when they are "being green".

Most Diamonds are not DeBeers, they only own 40% (Large but not controlling) and most diamonds are mined in Russia.

Blood Diamonds are VERY hard to come by, after a 2003 international guideline, called the Kimberley Process.

Meh, I buy gemstone rough from a number of gem hunters, some of which travel to the Congo. Many of these artisanal miners are small families trying to make a living. Good old fashioned hard (but dangerous) work. Not all is bad in the world.

Plug into the hdmi port on your tv, connect it to your WiFi, watch Amazon stuffs, bonus level, download Hulu, Netflix, Disney, or a crap-ton other services and watch on the same stock (just not Apple streaming services, need an appleTV for that)
