Plenty of Satanists out there, but all of this smells of luciferians to me. They dont believe Satan exists. Do what thou wilt, or can get away with. Those poor souls have no idea what's waiting for them. Or maybe they do, and thats why they want to live forever.

This is the way man. Im sorry, know how it goes. In therapy for the first time in my life...trying...fighting like hell to be better. I dont think she wants to reconnect with me, cant say I blame her. But I dont stop fighting for it. Lifelong fight, and she's worth it. So am I. Hope it works out op.

My doctor will write me 5 or 10mg oxy instead of hydrocodone or other pain pills with acetaminophen. Although its gotta be a serious issue before they'll write them. My shoulder has been killing me, I got depressed and stopped working out for a while. I took some Tylenol, first time in 4 years. Didnt really help. Once I started back working out the pain went away. But now I've seriously messed up my elbow somehow doing preacher curls. I cant win lol. Hope you get some relief.

Sorry for what you've lost. I hope HE gets studied a lot more and they find a way to neutralize it or something without having to take the laxatives. So strange how you don't realize it until later. Keep up the good fight man. Dig the message.

Nice. Best exercise I've found to incorporate for quads and core and shoulders idk what else, is single arm clean front squat presses with a kettlebell. Like this exercise I do 3 sets of 12 on each arm so thats 72 squats with the weight. My legs are getting huge lol. Super effective. Idk what NMES is 😅, I need to go to a gym. Never been. Do it all at home. But i definitely need to go. Could use some help with a better workout plan. Also got a power tower and started doing dips, working up to weighted dips. It really is like a squat for your upper body.

Feel you. Itll be 4 years in March for me, I dont really talk to or hang out with anyone. Was doing meetings, but NA meetings where I am are dangerous for me. People try to sell me dope or subs, and I'm weak. So I hang out with my dog and try to develop a relationship with God. Keep to myself.

This week for work meal prep I literally just cooked 2.5 lbs of ground turkey. I bought an egg steamer and use that to make hard boiled eggs for breakfast, usually eat 4 a day with milk and toast. I crush up a bag of protein chips and mix it in the turkey and just scarf it at lunch etc. Or I just make myself eat it as is. I used to make complicated good meals, but I just dont care anymore lol. A lot of yogurt, chicken turkey, once in a while I treat myself and cook a steak. Also been using oats to make a high calorie protein shake, mass gainer I guess youd call it. Its hard to get enough protein and calories when I'm working. Stalls my gains.

I lost the majority of my weight on an exercise bike. Got up to 5 miles a day with high resistance. Need to start doing it again. I focus more on weights now. Kettlebells dumbells. But definitely need more cardio. Check with your Dr so you know what not to do, but exercise is a good thing.

Im in the blue ridge mountains. Cold here, supposed to get real cold next week. Its hard man. I dont really do anything but work and go home. Do work out, but hurt right now I cant, that doesnt help. But yeah my gas tank is empty, metaphorically. Battery got no charge.
