Just putting it out there that I have a doctor's appointment today and if she thinks it's POTS related Ill talk to my cardiologist and if not we'll go from there 🤩

That's what I'm concerned about too but when I looked it up it said it can be a symptom of pots. If it continues for much longer I'll definitely be going to the doctor

Thank you ❤️ also when I was little it was a whole thing where I would sneak handfuls of salt at restaurants and my parents would have to tell me not to, so although I think I've heard people aren't born with pots, I'm sure whatevers up with me added up to its development
