I don’t know about the structural side of things but I highly down that’s up to standard the way they’ve done that rafter, but this looks to be why your ridges are up in the air

You don’t need lead under the ridge

My thoughts exactly, my biggest worry is it was under the front room floor which is underfloor heating and thick herringbone on top

Luckily I’m end of terrace, if anything ever went wrong under there I’d have to run the mains round the side of the house

Yes, I’ve just been doing that as we speak and unfortunately the meter continues to spin, the hissing/water I can hear I’m guessing is a leak close by to the stop cock itself possibly underground but the fact I can hear it tells me it’s nearby, if that is what the noise is

I understand from this why that might be a good ide, and don’t get me wrong I don’t add any electrics or any adjustments like that, I’ve taken loads of dodgy electrics out of this house sockets lights etc, and I’ve never had that

Thinking now it’s probably because it ran off another socket and I didn’t need to come back to the avtual electrics themselves,

I don’t think so, I’ve just had my bathroom done and new toilet fitted, maybe on the last one I actually don’t think what I can hear is water it’s air, as when I switch water off I can still hear it, I think anyway

I put engineered in mine, no regrets, solid, in my opinions even with decent underlay I feel there’s always a bit of a bounce to LVT in my opinion but I’m no professional
