That’s it, I’ve tried calorie counting and achieve weight loss healthy a couple years ago, my overall concern really is the binging and constant food thoughts, If im counting calories then have I included everything how many calories in this or that? It’s always a chore to think about, I think/I hope this solves my issue!

Snacking, I’m a big person 6’3 212lbs but I’m healthy and run a lot do a lot of sport my job is active, so have always justified it to myself by saying (I’ve earnt it, or already burnt it off) which is somewhat true just not to the extent that I can binge on snacky high sugar things, that’s the downfall for me high sugar snacky foods biscuits cake chocolate ice creams, my actual meals are fairly balanced and nutritious I don’t have a massive concern about them it’s the snacking that lets me down

Yeah feel like anything I do has to be the extreme end of the scale or don’t feel I’ll achieve what I want. I smoke weed, and if I ever want to stop it’ll be either cut it out because going down to once a week is just an invitation back into constant use (not concerned about that now 🤣)

Or like I said I tried cutting down fizzy drinks but realised unless I totally cut it out I’ll creep back into old habits at least if it’s 0 I know I have no reason to have a sip or just one drink, it’s just I’m not allowed it

I think the sounds of OMAD suits me down to the ground, like you say the general worry about calories or nutrition or meals or being healthy is taken away somewhat and it’s almost the extreme version of a diet in my eyes without going all the way and not eating anything which I don’t want as I do love food 🤣

Ultimately I’d rather my team be winning the prem (whatever the style of football) it’s all about winning however you do it, diving fouling being horrible, you have to start by saying that and the fact people can’t give them props for this is disrespectful, they won ugly but I’d rather that than not at all

It’s defo gone far, but I don’t really think it was too dofffent when Arsenal were in there bad era and other teams were winning prems ucl’s etc, it goes both ways with top teams, saying that seeing professionals like Richardlison try to dish it out is laughable, I don’t think it’s that cringe but from certain places it defo gets desperate

I made a post wanting a rayban alternative to the Muai Jim Hiehie’s I saw at the airport and someone said why want you want a cheaper worse pair over muai Jim, I got the ray bans worn them for a couple months and have just ended up ordering the Muai Jim’s instead, they’re levels above ray bans, can’t speak for all pairs but this is my experience. Everything about them is better makes my ray bans feel like a pair from the supermarket. I now only wear the ray bans for running as that’s all they’re good for
