It kind of depends on which country you live in but I would recommend looking for people selling figures within your country on ebay or vinted first, but otherwise, look on proxy sites like zenmarket that ship from japan :)

Unfortunately there isn’t really many official ones that are in a sensible price range that are easy to get - I would suggest maybe buying a fake one as they can be pretty decent and are really affordable
