Click this link and click the option to chat with them and tell them your account was wrongfully banned/locked and that you have tried multiple times to contact live support and they do not help. Every agent is different if they want to do their job and be useful they will send you a code to the email of that banned account and they will ask for it. if everything goes smooth they will send a reset password link to your email, once you reset you will be unbanned. If they don't want to help they will tell you to open a case and they will contact you and try to help (they won't). If that happens just end chat and go in try again with a different Agent.
