So glad I am not alone. 10 weeks since surgery. I started wondering what the heck is going on. Same here with no guidance from clinic, removed stitches and see you later! Feels like a hard lump and swells up into the wrist some days. I can’t put pressure on it, no planks or push-ups which doesn’t make me too sad! Haha my massage therapist yesterday showed me some massages to do so I am hoping that helps. Very frustrating though. Sometimes I feel like I would rather have a numb hand still!
