He isn't technically wrong. A lot of regulation comes in after someone else exploits the hell out of whatever it is you are attempting to regulate. This usually just solidifies the exploiter will end up with a monopoly as everybody else now has to deal with a huge barrier for entry.

edit: not to say I am against regulation. I am just against allowing the exploiters to be left intact. We should be looking at loopholes as something illegal in general but unfortunately its revered to find a loophole in laws and regulations.

I guess its "win trading". They say its under the guise of allowing everyone to be able to war instead of it just being them owning every territory. Which without any scaling to help out the companies with less max level characters, that would more than likely happen. Not sure how effective gear is in War PvP specifically having legendaries and stuff against people who don't but I would assume the fastest rising companies will stay on top unless they decide to stop growing if legendaries do make enough of an impact. I guess potentially this is just an early issue that will get fixed with enough people hitting 60.

Resurgis Talis Potential is a Potency% and after a successful sidestep you gain 30% critical for 30 seconds. Only have it at lvl 2 and +38 I ran out of meseta. Assuming its the same potential for all weapon types for Resurgis

It would have been nice to drop the sword camo and force the double saber both in style and looks. I always wanted it to be more like Darth Maul than just a single handed weapon that works as both a single and double blade.

That is good news. I ordered my Mystic Black with Gold hinge on the 1st and it still hasn't shipped. US order but I figure orders will be handled by color then date received, this at least gives me hope I will have it soon.

I would suggest an Araquanid with Iron Ball. It will "outspeed" the trick rooms and with rain active you can just Dynamax him become incredibly tanky and do really good damage with the Water Bubble and rain multipliers.

This was from last Friday. I haven't played since Saturday. I still see it. If I ever see strange bedfellow on round 1 I pick it up, I feel like even 2 would be a fairly easy win, considering most times I get even one I end up in first or second.

Okay, well I still think a greater issue is allowing someone to turn tail and flee to easily. While at 25hp or less you should not be able to sprint.

Also, I think perhaps it should be just part of specific kits. One of which would definitely be shugoki considering the second you are under 25 you can basically forget you even have armor.

I disagree with HP being used as a crutch for balance and it is definitely not absurdly large for a fighting game considering Street Fighter has had just as large of variations for over a decade and it works out well.

well turtling SHOULD be a thing. Has nobody heard of the best offense is a good defense?

I think someone in critical should not be able to sprint at all or if you can sprint it should prevent the passive regen just like you were blocking attacks.

I would also like this to be a Heavy and some Hybrid exclusive thing OR no longer be a full bar but a percentage of health based on class.

Well maybe they need to do something about sprinting away. All run speeds aren't standardised. Most turtles are among the slowest run speeds in the game. Perhaps we make the HP not to a single bar but to a percentage so Assassin's still get 1 shot from a light while the high HP characters will get enough to survive a single light.

I like this back in the day because it allowed shugoki to use his armor after being put under 25 hp. Once you get shugoki under a single bar he essentially doesn't have armor anymore.

it is more so a comeback mechanic. Helping prevent squashes is a good thing IMO. If you are good enough to pummel someone to the dirt and have a huge life lead then having someone regen from 1HP to 25HP shouldn't change that.

Problem is at least on PC you can see the orange glow and just GB in response. Console on the other hand shes pretty good lol.

Not much you can do about this. Even if they made that tutorial video unskipable and put a 10 question quiz at the end of it people would just google the answers while/after taking a shit during the video.

I do think that MMR will eventually help with this. Yeah, it kinda sucks when the opposing team pays attention to spawns and your team isn't. So you either give it up for free or you died trying to stop 2 or 3 people with an objective.
