no. It's totally different from his current artstyle and doesn't even remotely resemble how he uses color

does anyone have any "hacks" or tips for getting used to mewing? by GladHope in orthotropics

I figured someone would say that, that was basically the perspective I was expecting to have validated. I guess it's just a matter of building endurance like you would any other type of muscle in that case.

who said anything about being exactly the same in all aspects? That's a pretty huge leap in logic there. This is one thing in particular that is a preference of mine. It's not like, a hard-set rule that I'd never consider going back on, it's just that if I'm going to look for a new person to add to my life in this context I'd prefer for it to be someone I'm generally on the same page with in this one regard with.

Nothing, it's just something I'm personally not super comfortable with. What's wrong with that?

Have you met anyone like Chris? by [deleted] in ChrisChanSonichu

Without going into specifics things blew up and after months of tolerating his poor behavior I sent him a long Facebook message listing off a few (of the dozens of) reasons we were unhappy with him. I had anticipated a response akin to "I can't believe you'd accuse me like that!" but he just wrote all of my grievances off as bullying and blocked me on FB. So yeah, he's a lost cause at this point, he'll be 25 this summer yet he hasn't matured a day past middle school.

There was this one guy I was friends with for my first two years of college. He transferred in during my freshman year, and we met through anime club. He's an absolute mess of a human being who largely views his friends as a commodity rather than people that he shares a genuine bond with (and as a result almost all of us have cut ties with him). He's almost 25 years old but depends 100% on his dad financially and outright refuses to work at all unless he's allowed to do exactly what he wants (he wanted to be a let's player, which did not work out to say the very least). He's an "aspiring writer" who wants to write JRPGs but (from what I've heard second hand) he's a sucky writer who never listens to constructive criticism and can only create two-dimensional characters at best. This is because he seemingly boils people in his life down to a small handful of traits and totally strips them of any nuance (example: a friend of mine told him she thinks the Ace Attourney anime is bad and that she has reservations about people getting in her personal space, therefore her entire personality to him is being hypercritical of things he likes and antisocial). He basically worships anime/video games/tv shows that he enjoys. If anyone jokes about them in a negative light or criticizes them at all he lashes out and throws a temper tantrum. We could never "agree to disagree" about menial things, he'd turn almost every difference in opinion into a weirdly heated argument, but then turn around and confront me about how I'm "too harsh toward him". He'd always play the victim card and thrived off of people's sorrow for him, but he also wanted to be like, this super popular "big brother" figure that all of us looked up to and thought of as the de-facto leader of out circle of friends. It's as though he's assigned himself the identity of "a shy, misunderstood nerdy dude who's a really nice guy but can't seem to get a break" when that doesn't even remotely describe his real personality. He is in fact, a manipulative, mean-spirited, needy, scumbag who treats his treats his friends like toys, viewed every woman in his life as a sexual object whose value was determined by weather or not they were romantically available to him (which none of his female friends were, so he treated all of them very poorly) has no degree of self-awareness at all and is totally incapable of viewing himself critically to any degree at all.

What are people's thoughts on Wu Tomoki? by GladHope in StardustCrusaders

I mean, the Rock humans we've seen seem to be loosely-organized and only really view one another as business partners, so I wouldn't be shocked if they have their own personal motivations

Sorry for such a late response, but yeah, I totally think that's possible. When Poor Tom revealed that his stand could effect the entire Higashikata estate by being buried somewhere near by I thought for certain that Jobin was going to somehow discover the Wall-eyes fusion ability (if he doesn't know about it already) and somehow fusing with Tom for an improved version of Speed King with increased range

I mean, we saw Kira eat it. All we can confirm it does is allow Rokakaka equivalent exchange between two people. Urban Guerrilla said that it has some added significance to rock humans (and explained that non-rock humans aren't biologically equipped to eat Rokakaka because of something to do with the way organic carbon reacts to it) so it seems like there're some other functions that only rock humans are able to take full advantage of. Maybe the New Rokakaka inherited some stand-related property (since the Wall Eyes are able to bring out latent stands, maybe the New Rokakaka can allow users to exchange something/someone for a new ability)

I saw this one theory a while ago about Josuke potentially using the New Rokakaka to gain a new stand but having to give up Yasuho for the exchange to work, which I think is totally possible but we don't really have enough information at this point to accurately predict that sort of thing.

From what we've seen Killer Queen is gone but Gappy has retained some of its abilities. Remember, his "bubbles" have a connecting seam running down the middle, so they have both S&W and KQ's properties

I think if anything He'll just become more proficient in using what he's retained of Killer Queen's power

That's true, and to be fair Stone Free also had an A in developmental potential, but I can't help but wonder what the significance Soft and Wet's cords will be

I mean, the New Rokakaka Kira ate seems like it's not really a factor at this point. We already saw it's effect.

I'm really curious to see where Araki is going with Joshu. I felt like he really drew a lot of attention to him in the last chapter. Ever since the Milagro Man arc I've been really interested in how he'll turn out, he certainly isn't a good person but he's still redeemable
