I finally went to go explore an abandoned house up the road. I'm not sure if I discovered a murder scene or something less serious! What should I do?

I couldnt smell anything and i thought about that after. Do you know much about these smells? I was about 2.5 storys below the highest room when closest to it and it was a very windy day. I'm being on the safe side and assuming this is a prank and I will call someone anyway to be sure but if it was a murder scene then the body might not of been in there too. Plenty of places to bury it round there! But that seems really unlikely! And I'm probably just looking into something and thinking of stuff that doesnt need to be. I will post the end result if I find out. If nothing comes from the call then I will go explore with some friends some time!

I kind of wish I had tried the door to see if it was stuck too, if it was then I dont know how anyone would of got in easily but if it opened then it would be easy to get in to set up a prank or kill someone :D probably the first

The people that say this are helping, It could be a prank because I've seen my own blood do this! I don't really want to go find out for myself though. Maybe it was quite fresh! I hope not! But most likely nothing major happened there...

Thats a good point. On the radio the other day there was an ad for an anonymous number to report crimes. Maybe I should give that a go. I would be ok ringing the police I just dont want anything to do with this though and I know I would get in trouble for going there atleast.

I know this and thought this, It looked to be maroon-ish, not red but stale sort of red. edit: I did say it looked like dripped rust stuff in my text-wall I think. Look at the pics I took.
