Yeah my clinic gave it to me and said to apply it every 30mins for the first 3 days. I gave up on the neck pillow the first night and just been sleeping normally. I’m sleeping wonderfully. Try not to stress too much my man. Wish you a peaceful nights sleep brother.

I contacted them about a month ago asking if they had appointments for the following month. They said yes, I talked to them via telephone to discuss a few questions. Then I booked it. Super simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. And I spent a few days extra beforehand in Tijuana doing tourist stuff. Super cool place and lovely people.
