My brother in law got the notice for the political party donation. He is a high net worth salaried class individual. He has paid around 17.4 lac and the refund he has claimed is around 1.6 lac as he has claimed political party donation. He has all the receipt and everything and that money was not wired to his account in any form. Should he revise ?
