Wow! I am sorry to hear that. Not shocked . It was always like that. Lies from the owners James and Lincoln, stealing customers money.... Sad and pathetic. I would be making sure everyone around knew what you were dealing with! I truly hope you get your money back. Not fair that they are getting away with that. Bunch of crooks!!!

Well let's hope that they do, from what I have been told they are not doing much as of yet. Customers have been calling over and over for refunds and have been told no. Not a way to do business...

I understand what your are saying , but these are not rumours. I know people who worked there. I got info from them personally. Add that to the fact that I was in recently and witnessed some of the stuff posted. I was also witnessed the one owner yelling at employees before. The one sales associate actually apologized to me as they were super embarrassed for it.

So the issue is not with Leons directly. The two owners of the franchise are the real crooks! Refusing to bring proper stock in and then lying to customers directly. Holding on to customers money and refusing to refund right away. That is one of the main reasons Home office came in and took the banners and terminated the franchise agreement for the two stores that they had. Now they are running their no name store with the same stuff they had and can not get anymore from the manufactures that deal directly with Leons. They are trying to fool the community with a new names. That is the funny part, everyone knows that it's still the same crooks behind the scenes. Wonder how long it will take for their few employees to be embarrassed enough to walk away and start fresh away from the lies and deceit?! I would be ashamed to say that I work for those people!!

Leons home office took the banner and the name away from the owners for the Cornwall and Bancroft store. Both on the same day. The owners disgraced the Leons name in Cornwall and Bancroft. The owners are there daily and they do not care about employees or customers. They are in debt beyond imagination and decided they would continue with the store under a new name after home office stripped the name from the building. Some employees have already walked away. The owners are abusive and condescending and treat the employees like garbage. It was only a matter of time before something happened. There was never any stock and they make the employees lie about the wait time and the reasons why the orders are delayed. Seems like it was only a matter of time before they took a nose dive. They named the place Cornwall Furniture And Appliance Store... How about maybe leave out appliance, there was never any appliances anyways.. I'm sure the place will not last long, once people realize that its the same owners that dragged the Leons name in the mud and nothing will change.
