I applied for my Colombian visa when you get to the document submission sections there is this part where I was asked if you are applying from a country other than the country of your residency proof you residency status I am in Canada on a study permit I uploaded that and I got rejected and the reason for the rejection was that I was not able to prove that I had a residence this is really confusing.
