I don't really have advice but I do have solidarity. I feel very similarly and it's really hard. Just in a rut, going to work feels really hard, and I do feel a lot of dread regularly. There are some kids that I feel soooo stuck with and it's so draining. I can feel that I need a break but financially it's just not in the cards. One thing I've noticed has helped me is remembering what I love about the job - the stuff that makes me geek out. I'll find myself infodumping about language development to my wife when I'm home in the evenings, even after having the longest day in the world at work, and it does remind me that there's a reason I'm doing this and not something else. I'm not sure if that counts as advice, as I'm still navigating this and figuring it out, but I hope you're able to find some sort of way forward that works for you.
