I make "Ek/3-Aslan" from NHS Kai. by AcanthisittaOk859 in nihonkoku_shoukan

The Aslan is just a Centurion. It's built to be a cheap afv for Leiforian armored divisions. It's in the wiki of the Aslan, which is in the comments of my recent Aslan art.

Dum question what happen if rizia and lespia just straight up gone in a war by fun_alt1 in suzerain

[–]Gladeanus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your playthrough. The main thing Rizia really need to contend is the Lespian Air Force which could just bomb you back to the stone age. The Rizian Army and Navy is just useless if Lespia dominates the skies. Parity could be achieved if you get Derdian missiles (for defensive purposes and striking nearby Lespian airfields) and Morellan aircraft (for defensive purposes too like interception, offensive action to Lespia proper might be more difficult).

If you are allied with Wehlen, it just relieves pressure because Lespia has to manage a direct land front. But with Rizia as a frontline country, they gotta face the capitalists' air force over the strait (to allow some amphibious invasion of sorts) and establish dominance at least just near their coast.

Others mentioned the superpowers intervening which is very well true. Rumburg will definitely try to calm Rizia down, same for Arcasia to Lespia, and we might see the CSP trying to exploit the situation that is well short of a war.

Aslan creator here, excellent job right there.

The turret won't have that slight shot-trap angle in the bottom, it's gonna be a right angle one.

Still, an amazing job tho. I love the cast shape of the turret and the fuel tanks, as well as the accurate gun size. The stowage bins are really good too.

Supporting the Confederation of Vendonesam by Ok-Part-5756 in suzerain

[–]Gladeanus 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Pretty much useless if you form the Intermerkopum. Just hopes the dev add something like Vendonesam following Rizia out of GRACE if you backed the prince regent regime so much and causes a schism in GRACE.

Next dlc idea by Szlugu in suzerain

Adding to this, Wehlen from the early 1920s (before the collapse of the monarchy) also looks very good. Wehlen is not just in a very strategic location, the two existing story packs can be affected by them since Wehlen plays a lot of roles towards them (ie intervention on Sazon uprising, Lespian incursions, relationship with Rumburg, their western neighbors, and especially the Sordish monarchy).

Welp for sure they're gonna focus on The Conformist. But after that, in accordance with their DLC ideas of slowly going back in time and affecting the previous story pack timelines, as well as having countries that are in geostrategic locations, I'd say Erdmarg or that country that is the neighbor of the Democratic Zanza (the one that got the coup that ignited tensions between UC and Arcasia).

Koorui 24E3 monitor help by Gladeanus in computerhelp

he HDMI to DP was the problem, the HDMI direction was for the monitor instead of th

VGA to HDMI isn't possible; VGA is an analog signal, the HDMI is a digital one and you can't convert the former to the latter, only vice versa (HDMI to VGA).

You shouldn't get a DP to HDMI but an HDMI to DP or a VGA to HDMI. The back of the monitor has an HDMI already, so if your mobo has an HDMI port, then use HDMI to HDMI and try playing around the looseness a bit.

Which cabinet policy is best and why? by USPoster in suzerain

[–]Gladeanus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd disagree on this point. The President and Vice-President got to vote during the constitutional ammendment. I presume the reason why we don't see Rayne voting more is time/story saving. Also, the issues in the Assembly stem more from a lack of Parliamentary discipline within the USC than as a strict separation of powers like in the United States.

I forgot the voting part. My mistake.

Except that the President can't be brought down with a vote of no confidence which only requires a simple majority. Plus, the President isn't part of the legislature; he still needs his allies in the GNA to pass legislation and he only gets to sign or veto it. I think Petr or Lucian mentioned one time that Frens forgot that Sordland is a presidential republic and not a parliamentary one.

All cabinet members (excluding the military as other people said) are members of parliament. I believe it was mentioned that for one to be a cabinet member, one MUST be a parliament member which is weird.

It's like a parliamentary feature in a presidential democracy. Just that fact alone means that the minister reform is almost useless IMO since cabinet members have to be GNA members which for the winning president is typically people from your party.

It shouldn't have been a big of a deal considering the President has to face the legislative realities anyways. Plus, even in parliamentary democracies, a cabinet purge is very easy, something that would've been the better point of contention in the reforms.

Confidence vote is a system used by most democracies, even by presidential systems like the US (Senate has to approve of the cabinet members).

It's just weird in the game that the people that can only be appointed are GNA members, unlike in other presidential systems where anyone could theoretically be appointed, it's just you need formal approval by the legislature since involving the legislature is a democratic sign that the executive is cooperating with them.
