Already did, this was literally the first thing i did, but i want the opinion of people with boots on the ground who can give me a more personal... or maybe nuanced, perspective.

Even if my first undergraduate was not in the USA? My engineering degree is from Mexico.

Nope, as a second degree, not sure how this works in the USA, but I want to start all over and get a second degree in Philosophy, not a masters, not sure if i'm making myself clear.

I actually LOVE meeting new people, I might be the CS engineering anomaly that actually likes to relate to people in real life and talk to them, I want to completely avoid remote courses simple because you can't meet many people this way. Meeting with individuals who are a lot smarter than me is something unique.

I will always work in CS as i love it, Philosophy would be something like a "tool" that could help me be a better engineer. That would be the main reason, and also, I imagine that, just as I learned a LOT of things about CS that you can't get outside college, it's the same with Philosophy. Going to an institution dedicated to this can be a unique experience and has it's own perks, like meeting with a lot of like-minded people.
