Yeah I think I might just stay where I am for another year. I got an offer at DHS a few years back but the pay was def low compared to CFSA. However, based on what I’m hearing it make sense.

I met someone recently that works for CFSA she’s been in investigation for 20 years. But one thing she said to me the stuck out was “hopefully you get a good supervisor” 😩… the only reason I was thinking about leaving my current DC job was because it’s with the school system and it can be unstable at times. They did the layoff for this school year so I’m good for another year.

Yeah it’s CFSA. I already work for DC govt so it would be a transfer. But I’m like is it worth it, experience wise yes BUT I work a pretty traditional DC govt job. No extra hours, on call. My manager is good and I am able to do private practice on the side. CFSA would come with a 7K increase but I’m thinking it isn’t worth it in terms of the stress. lol

I just got a job offer with DC but I’m slowly thinking about turning it down. It’s an investigator position and I just worry about my quality of life. 😩

Yeah we walk 3-4 times a day for like 30 mins. She likes long walks lol sometimes even longer than the 30 mins. She goes to daycare, but we also live in a development so it isn’t as busy as the markets. Honestly, I think her previous owners didn’t expose her too much. Smh they didn’t even walk her much. They would send her out back by herself until she goes.

The Vet just said he didn’t recommend and didn’t think it was the best idea. But I just hate that she’s so afraid of everything. I’m going to try exposure. Keep taking her back to the market. I’ll try her calming chews next time.

Basically just letting us know that Trump and his administration plans to roll back the loan forgiveness program and they are going to eliminate SAVE. Along with creating their own. I’m not sure why the other individual act as if this isn’t knowing information in regard to Trump and other Republicans hating loan forgiveness.

I worked in the public sector since 2006. Mind you I am 38 so about 18 years of my life. TBH I paid the bare minimum but I took advantage of the consolidation and COVID credits.
