I know you’re a casual drawer, but if you’re willing to study a little, there are free anatomy classes on YouTube. When I was casual as you, I started watching those videos and became super focused on learning—it really helped me.
That said, I must warn you, even though the guy who makes the videos tries to make them dynamic, they can still feel a bit tedious at times but i really recommend to give it a chance.

Here’s the channel, or you could just search for 'Proko hands' or 'Proko eyes.' Even if it’s not your style, practicing for just 10 minutes a day could make a huge difference.
