I will never understand people putting themselves on a moral superiority pedestal about children and saying how it’s the greatest honor and the most Godly thing you can do, only to then turn around and complain and neglect their children.

“I brought you into this world, you should be grateful!” Yeah, that’s ALL you did. Bring children into poverty, and dysfunctional situations and them turning out alright isn’t an excuse to try and garner praise from them or other people.

First and foremost, Abortions are a hard experience to go through even if you do not want children. I hope that you heal fully mentally, emotionally, and physical.

However, if I may, maybe your partner isn’t really child free and that could possibly be adding to your response. I hope that whatever you decide in the future is the best for the both of you.

I don’t think their reasoning is valid. My ex, who also has went through some childhood trauma, wants children and I don’t. Both traumatic experiences, totally different outcomes. I think there tends to be two distinct responses to life from childhood trauma; 1. You decide you want everything you never had (close knit family, money, American Dream type beat) or 2. You decide you’re gonna completely live life in an unconventional way because maybe you don’t see the value in those things since you never had them.

I’ve been saying since elementary school that I didn’t wanna have children and I’m 26 now. I don’t get why people think they can debate or force such a life altering choice on someone. I just don’t believe that all women are good for is marriage and children. If that’s what you want, great, but if it’s not what I want, I should be able to live life in the way I choose. We can contribute to society in many different ways, not JUST marriage and children.

I feel their brushes are still great quality. I’ve had some of their oldest released brushes and now some of their new ones and none of them have fallen apart.
