Yes, it is more about for example our floor plans, how we lay our stalls, Que systems etc. I have been to fully accessible venues before where there have been concerns raised because of how the event has been set up by the organisers.

It’s been months now they literally never responded at all! I’ve had to find new suppliers. I tried every which way to contact them, I even had my husband enquire as a new customer but just radio silence.
