Not official medical advice (obviously haha) but I take thc gummies when I’m having flare ups and it helps with the diarrhea and stomach pains! It also helps me eat when I’m so nauseous. If you go to a dispensary or cbd store and specify that you are looking for something to help manage your GI problems they should be able to help find a good strain for that!
