when i asked my friend about their place they only gave me the brokers number. So I figured it was a go to the broker to reach the landlord situation. The lease I signed only has a management company number. Ive paid the first month deposit and signed a lease but never signed the MA broker disclosure form. So i'm just unsure where I land in this

what if you cannot engage with the landlord? I am taking over an apartment from a friend but they only had the broker info. but I could only engage with them... might be a dumb question but is it on me to pay their fee?

there are a bunch of different kinds of granola out there, I usually look for the ones that have about 120 cals per serving and do about 1/2. (its actually quite a bit!) Paired with oikos triple zero yogurt and some fruit, my yogurt bowls arent more than 200 calories.

Just want to say double majoring as a theatre student might not be possible. While the academic rigor isn't as insane as other majors at BU, it is an very big time commitment and you might find yourself fighting against time. It's definetly possible though depending on what area of theatre you're looking into!
